You sign up with us and pay us according to the agreement throughout the minimum term and you pay on time.
You need to have an existing business before signing up with us that is live and trading, not just a dormant business or a new business where you still need to develop a logo. We can’t improve something that doesn’t exist.
You must have profitably (made more than you spent) run a conversion campaign – which means a campaign to drive sales or leads.
You must be able to prove your performance via Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console depending on the 3 services to which the guarantees apply. Blurry screenshots and telling us verbally it happened doesn’t apply here.
We will do an audit on your data to ensure things have been tracked correctly to ensure the benchmarks are accurate.
We require that the campaigns you want us to execute for you are comparable to your previous campaigns in terms of the product or service being promoted, the seasonality (if applicable), and the ad spend.
In the event that your previous campaign achieved unexpected success due to unforeseeable events such as acts of God or extraordinary political or man-made occurrences like COVID-19, then your previous campaign cannot be used as a point of comparison.
It is important to note that we cannot compare the results of campaigns that are vastly different in terms of product, target market, season, and budget. For example, comparing the results of a 100k per month t-shirt campaign targeted to a local area with a 50k national women’s bikini wear line campaign is not a fair comparison.
We do not work with businesses involved in any illegal, shady, scammy or dangerous activities. We strongly recommend that you also avoid such practices in your business. If you are unsure, we recommend reviewing Facebook’s Prohibited and Restricted Content information.
We require full creative control of the campaigns we execute for you. This means that if you choose to make changes to your website or ads against our recommendations, our guarantees will not apply. We will create ads that we believe will be effective in promoting your business.
It’s important to note that the money you pay for advertising is not eligible for a refund. This money is paid directly to the advertising platform and cannot be refunded by us. We advise you to keep this in mind before making any payments for advertising campaigns. Please refrain from contacting us regarding refunds for advertising spend as we do not have the authority to issue refunds.
a. We will reduce your CPA cost by 20% or more within 90 days or less with our paid traffic strategies.
a. We will rank 10% of your keywords on page 1 within 90 days of our onsite recommendations being implemented.
b. We will rank 30% of your keywords on page 1 within 180 days of our onsite recommendations being implemented.
c. We will rank 60% of your keywords on page 1 within 365 days of our onsite recommendations being implemented.
a. We will increase new organic users by 10% to 20% within 90 days of our onsite recommendations being implemented.

The guarantees start from the day that your ads go live, therefore the quicker you come back to us with approvals of your target keywords, ad copy or media plan, the quicker we can kickstart your guarantee.
All the guarantees become void during the first 90 days after your ads go live:
The guarantees start from the day that the onsite is completed, therefore the quicker you come back to us with approvals of your target keywords, onsite recommendations and content, the quicker we can kickstart your guarantee.
The guarantees start begins from the day that our split testing goes live, therefore the quicker you come back to us with approvals of our recommended split tests the quicker we can kickstart your guarantee.
The guarantees start from the day that our landing page goes live, therefore the quicker you come back to us with approvals of our recommended split tests the quicker we can kickstart your guarantee.
Before you came to us, you were getting an average CPL/CPS of $100 for the previous 90 days on Facebook or Google Ads.

After a 90-day period from when the onsite was completed on your website, the Primal team managing your SEO campaigns, were able to increase your clicks per month to 10,500. That’s a 5% increase in your organic traffic. Since the increase is below 10%, you are eligible for our selected guarantees for the entire management for the period that Primal was managing your SEO campaigns.
